14 days to change your mind

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This is your right of withdrawal under EU law.

How to return

  1. Tell us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@basepacker.com or using our contact form, with your order number.
  2. Send the product back within 14 days of telling us, to: [fill in: return address].
  3. Pack it well. Products should be unused and complete, so we can accept them in the condition we sent them.

Refunds

We refund the amount you paid, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait until the product is back with us or you've shown it's on its way. We refund using your original payment method.

Warranty

Separately from returns, every product has the 2-year legal guarantee that applies in the EU. If a product is defective, contact us and we'll repair or replace it.
